hello there... ive been looking for an arcade game for a while now but i cant seem to find it anywhere

ive played it alot when i was younger arround the early 90's

the closest i got to a simular game is raiden x but thats not the one i want...

ill give some play details and hopefully someone can help me find the name

the game involves a little space ship flying about...
there are several power ups wich increase the fire power
the ship can also get a cool little forcefield arround it....
another power up is the ability to get a little help ship wich flys next to you and also fires with you....
now its not limited to one little help ship but there are several of these ships that can attach to you and they all follow you about whilst you shoot away and move
the levels of gameplay is also very nice... you'll be going from left to right.... but one time with a top view.. and sometimes with a right view and then back again with a top view...
and then you go underground and back overground...
very nice game but i dont remember the name...

help me out if you can

i m not sure mate but i think this is Galaxy fight or Galaxy squadron tell me what kind of powers we have in this game than i can recall this
