Monaco GP accelerator circuit missing ?

Postby Spidy on Sun Aug 01, 2010 3:01 am

I have a Monaco GP cockpit that I bought a long time ago (12 years?), and finally decided to plug in.
Amazingly, it all seems to work, except that the steering and gas pedal do not work.
On looking around, it looks like someone removed some circuits for the gas pedal.
There's 4 yellow (brown?) wires going to where the gas pedal is, that connect to nothing. And a bracket that looks like something was mounted on is empty.
What should be there? I think I see that its PC-1206 and PC-1207 from the schematics, but I can't tell what these really look like, and what he pedal would normally be attached to, etc.
Does any one have pics, or could decribe to me what I need?
Also, the steering wheel doesn't work, but the LEDs on the steering circuit light up, so I know its at least detecting correctly.
There's also a 2 (I think - not with the machine, doing this from memory) conductor connector behind the wheel panel that doesn't connect to anything... I couldn't see anything it would connect to.
Could these tow issues be related to the missing circuit?
Thanks.
