help with Atari System 1 timing signals

Hello all!

This is slightly off topic but it is a "project" so I figured I'd post this here. I am currently doing a project to develop an FPGA implementation of the System 1 hardware. I have figured out most of it from the various manuals and schematics available but I don't have access to the original hardware. I can't seem to figure out the original video timing since they are generated by custom chips that I can't find design info on.

Did you ever recreate the Syngen chip? (ie the 137419-103) From cross-examining the System 1 and Guantlet hardware I've figured out some of it but there are a few details missing. The function/timing of the "LMPD" signal alludes me, as does the "PFHST" signal. I also am not positive about the number of clocks per horizontal scan, although some online material I found indicates 465 lines.

Any experts out there? The docs on this stuff are pretty good but once I've gotten deep into it there are a few elusive bits! Many thanks in advance for any tips and/or advice.
