What to do with a very nice NFL Blitz game

I just bought a 2 player Midway NFL Blitz ( 97 I think ) from a guy on CraigsList. After a bit of tweaking on the thing it now is working 100%, Cabinet needs cleaning and has a couple chips in the MDF board. I forgot to mention this is the HUGE game looks like it should have been a 4 player, screen sits on pedestal and so does the controls panel, But the cool thing is it has a 30 inch screen ( WOW I LOVE THAT SCREEN ) . Here is the problem........ I can't stand the NFL Blitz game, Ok I DISLIKE it, If it were a fighting game you would not be reading this because I would be too busy playing it right now. My question is what can I convert this into? I don't want to MAME it already got one of those. I don't have a multicade coin op machine, but I am pretty new to the arcade game thing I don't know where to look or who to talk to about it and what to buy. This is where (I Hope ) you readers come in. I know your thinking " why did you buy a monster game you can't stand " , Well you see on the fly I offered the guy 200 bucks and he said come get it ( hey you would have done it too ) what could I do there is $200 bucks worth of monitor in the thing, Right. So I have been searching the net for hours to see what there is and I'm lost, Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Fred

What about converting it into a Jamma-cab and get a 1069-in-1 PCB for it? I'm pretty sure it would've been awesome.
