Viper Phase 1 help

Hello i have a Viper Phase 1 stand up arcade game. It comes on once and a while. Most of the time the game sounds work but no screen. when it does work there are vertical lines in the gameplay and some ghosting.

also the joysticks dont work.

so my questions are what can i do to make the game work? is it a JAMMA board? if so can i change it into raiden 1 or 2 if i purchased a new JAMMA PCB?

also wheres a good place to order joysticks and stuff in america? (i live in america btw, im a bloody yank! lol) thanks doods!

I can't really tell if it's Jamma without some more info, but it's most likely it is (although there's also a Neo-Geo version AFAIK).

The best place to order joysticks and other hardware is Ultimarc (www.ultimarc.com). It's located in UK, but their shipping to the US is lightning fast.
