Video help

Postby Arb173r on Sat Sep 10, 2011 1:26 am

I have a MK I cabinet, and when I first got it(literally found it on the side of the street with most of the paperwork and the key and everything) I was young(15) and stupid. The old monitor for it was bad(had a burned in image and the board was burnt up) so, me being an idiot threw out the old monitor without writing any numbers down or anything, and tried to replace it with a regular TV CRT of the same size and realized the video inputs were completely different, so I tried several different things to converty it but it never worked. well I finally got the nerve to start working on it again and have no clue what to do as to convert it with something or what. I will post images of the wires that went to the monitor, if that helps anyone. And I know it works because when I turn it on, it starts up plays the music and lets me select a character and I even beat sonya blind(obviously) with subzero. So, as I was saying, can someone tell me how to convert it?

With the wiring you are showing it is sync wire yellow or white or gray. the other are red green blue for the color you need. Brown or black is common ground... If you have a TV with Vga input You might beable to get it to work only problem ,,well the TV handle the resolution.. what Game is it??
