Sega Outrun does not work

Hi,

I bought a Sega "Outrun" Machine from 1986. It worked ok for some weeks, now
I get a blue screen when I put it on. It seems that the programm is not loaded.

What can be done?

Bluescreen? Like on a Windows PC?

Can you try to explain more in details? Do you get any error messages at all? Any text on screen?
