Need help identifying tank arcade game

Trying to find info on an arcade game I used to play in the early to mid 90's(?). It was a tank game with dual joy sticks. Moving the joy sticks to steer would move the map beneath the tank, so the tank would always be pointing upwards. Pulling both sticks left or right simultaneously would roll the tank over. Game POV was all from the birds eye. I can't remember the name, nor am I too sure about the time frame. I do remember that the action was fast paced. Unfortunately, that's about all I remember. Does this ring a bell for someone?
