Name of shooter Game??

Hey anybody remember the name of the arcade game where you had a cross hair and moved it around a building
to shoot guys in windows? I believe it might have been set in the 50's? I remember playing it in late 80's / early nineties.....

Thanks for the reply, bu t no thats not it. It wasn't a military type game or was 3d it was 2D and you moved your cross hair with a joystick around the outside of a building...

dude u r talking about the games before i born lol i play cabal that is nice one with one red n blue soldier but not that oldeeee
