Namco Final Lap 3 Steering Problem

Hi, Can anyone out there help me with a problem with my two final lap 3 boards, one of the boards will steer only to the left with accel and brake working fine, the other will only steer to the right with accel not working but brake works, this is obviously a board fault, anybody with any ideas, and yes all 5k pots test perfectly, and I have swapped boards between the two cabinets.
