Hi people. My name is Erik Lopez and i am working on something called the "Ichiban Arcade Project." Basically its a project to open up an arcade that will be the best arcade you have ever been to or heard of. For more info go to www.fngarcade.com

What about instead of leasing cabinets, try to buy (and maybe even refurbish) cabs off eBay and eventually end up with a huge collection? That way you will have less expenses and also own the cabinets yourself (I know a lot of arcades used to own all the machines themselves). Either way, looks like an awesome project. Make sure you keep us updated!
