Hi,

All I know is that it was probably from early 90's. There was some boss with
red skin or red suit landing on the ( i dont know the name: leg ? slide ? ) of helicopter with a gun or bazooka and
he was changing his aperiance from normal guy to a big muscled monster. That
is more or less all i remember He might have been using chains to fight.

See if you can remember more. Was it a horizontally scrolling game? Fighting game? What did the character you controlled look like? Did you play it on an arcade machine or on a console?
